DAYS OF MINDFULNESS

Throughout the year, Thursdays and Sundays are Day of Mindfulness,, day of practice open to all friends who would like to come to practice. A Mindfulness Day begins at 9:30am with a recent audio recording of Thich Nhat Hanh's teaching from Plum Village, or a live talk by one of the teachers in residence here, walking mediation, and a silent meal. In the afternoon there are activities such as group sharings/discussion, Tea Meditation or Guided Relaxation and Touching the Earth which conclude at about 4-4:30pm. Please arrive early, before 9:30am so you can have time to settle in and to more deeply benefit from the energy of the land, of the teaching and the practice.

 

We welcome you to come and practice with us, for a day of Mindfulness, for a few days, a week or several weeks. Please write or call us in advance to be assured of accommodations.
